Co-Branded Dreams: The Next Frontier of Luxury Living

In 2010, I launched my first co-branded real estate project with Versace, introducing a tower with Versace-designed interiors in Solidere, Beirut. Over the past 15 years, I’ve led more than 20 collaborations between real estate and top-tier luxury brands, across Spain, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the United Kingdom.

Among the most recent collaborations are those we’re bringing to life at DarGlobal. Marea by Missoni, Les Vagues by Elie Saab, and our upcoming Dolce & Gabbana project in the Maldives are turning high fashion into something extraordinary you can live in. Similarly, Tierra Viva by Lamborghini, DaVinci Tower by Pagani, and The Astera by Aston Martin infuse automotive craftsmanship into bespoke residences, reflecting the elegance of these iconic names. And of course, our ongoing partnership with the Trump Organization also stands with the launch of The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences in the stunning Aida, Oman.

ROI, ROE, and Dreams in the Making

You may have read in my earlier article about the tangible financial benefits and the unique psychological satisfaction these projects bring to buyers—a high return on investment (ROI) and an even more rare high return on ego (ROE). The thrill of owning the one of one, the limited edition taps into our deep-seated desire for exclusivity.
But as I look to the future, I still long for unconventional partnerships—ideas that may seem far-fetched, yet ones I hope to bring to market. I may be dreaming, but I’ve always believed that most big things start with a dream.

Art Meets Architecture: Co-Branding Masterpieces

The evolution of exclusivity in co-branding is designing a home like a masterpiece—a living work of art by a famous artist, sculptor, or painter. Imagine the ultimate in exclusivity: owning a home as iconic as the Mona Lisa. What if your residence reflected the genius of Picasso, the surrealism of Dalí, or the boldness of Warhol? Below are illustrations inspired by these artists, where the worlds of art and architecture collide.

Starbound Living: Collaborations Beyond Earth

As we move from the digital age to the galactic age, picture a collaboration with SpaceX to design futuristic homes. Think sleek, aerodynamic, high-tech, and minimalist—just like their spacecraft. Below is an illustration of what this vision could look like.

Building Utopia Through Data Partnerships

Co-branding is no longer just about individual homes—it has the potential to transform entire communities. Utopia, often described as an ideal society, could soon become a reality by harnessing the power of data. A partnership with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), for example, could create communities where like-minded individuals are brought together based on shared interests, tastes, and lifestyles. Imagine a neighborhood curated by algorithms that know you better than you know yourself, creating spaces designed for near-perfect harmony.

Next Up in Co-Branding: Anna Wintour and Real Estate?

While these futuristic ideas inspire the dreamer in me, I stay grounded in the present—focused on co-branding opportunities that are within reach, yet no less transformative. Fashion, for instance, has always captivated me as one of the most influential forces in culture and luxury.

And who has defined fashion more than Dame Anna Wintour? For over 30 years, she has launched designers and shaped the trends that define entire eras. Could we convince her to bring that same influence to real estate, and under her guidance, debut the ultimate co-branded venture with the best designers of our time? Only time will tell.
